How it works

1. Tell us about your business. After checkout, fill in a short form.
2. We build and check your setup. Every bot is reviewed line by line, tested, and given only the access it needs. You get an email with your setup messages, rules, routines, a narrated video guide and a written vetting record for each helper.
3. You switch it on. Follow the video, paste the messages and sign in to your own apps. Questions? Just reply to the email.

Plans and prices

All setup plans are a one-time payment.

You need your own Grok Bot plan, paid to its provider. It is included with some X and SuperGrok plans. Secure checkout by Stripe.

Refund policy

• Full refund any time before we deliver your setup.
• Within 14 days of delivery: if something doesn't work as described, we fix it. If we can't, you get a full refund.
• Care: cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Not happy with your first month? Ask within 14 days for a refund.
• Live call: full refund if you cancel before the call.

Questions and answers

Do you need my passwords?

No, never. You sign in to each app yourself. We never ask for, see or keep passwords, codes or card numbers.

Do I need a Grok Bot plan already?

Yes, you need your own plan. Not sure which one? Email us before you buy.

Which plan should I pick?

Starter suits one or two jobs. Bot Team suits most small businesses. Done-For-You suits businesses with several departments, or owners who want live help included.

Do I need to get on a call?

No. Every plan comes by email with a narrated video guide. Done-For-You includes two live calls, and you can add a call to the other plans.

Will it send emails or posts on its own?

No. Every helper is draft-only by default. It writes drafts and asks you first, and you approve every send, post, purchase or deletion.

How do you keep my helpers safe?

Every bot is reviewed line by line, tested, and given only the access it needs. We write every helper ourselves, or start from Grok Bot's own templates and adjust them. We never install outside or marketplace bots. Each helper is tested with sample data before it reaches you, and you get a written vetting record for it. If we can't fully check something, we don't offer it.

Will this make me money or save me a set number of hours?

We can't promise that, and no honest seller can. Your helpers are designed to take daily busywork off your plate, so you have more time for customers and family.

How do I cancel Care?

Use the link in your Stripe receipt, or email us. Billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for.

Before you install a free bot

Many free bots are shared by other people, and some are helpful. Before you add one, read it first and check for these signs. A popular name doesn't tell you what a bot will do.

• Asks for API keys or passwords in chat. Instead: connect apps only through their own sign-in screens.
• Acts as you on its own, like working in a signed-in browser. Instead: pick a helper that drafts and leaves the final step to you.
• Texts, sends, posts, spends or deletes without asking. Instead: set it to draft only and approve each one yourself.
• Pushes you to a paid installer or outside service. Instead: you can read a bot's instructions and decide for yourself without paying anyone.
• Shares or copies a well-known name. Instead: judge it by what its instructions say, not by its name.
• Downloads scripts or sends your data to an outside address. Instead: leave it out. Everyday office helpers don't need either.

Our own helpers are written from scratch, set to draft-only, tested with sample data, and come with a written vetting record.
